Biography:

Kenneth J. Kieklak is a graduate of Rhodes College, at Memphis, Tennessee and received his law degree from the University of Arkansas in 1993. He served as a law clerk to the Honorable Mary Spencer McGowan from 1993-1994 in Little Rock, Arkansas. Mr. Kieklak currently serves as an elected member of the Washington County Quorum Court, a position he has held since 1998 to the present.

His practice is focused in the areas of Personal Injury (with an emphasis on accidents involving 18-wheeler trucks), Products Liability, Medical Malpractice, Nursing Home Negligence, Social Security Disability, and Workers’ Compensation Law. He is admitted to practice in all of the Arkansas State and Federal Courts.

Memberships include the Washington County Bar Association, Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
